Mary, Mother of Perpetual Help, I turn to you with trust. Bring my needs before Jesus and help me receive his will with faith. When anxiety overwhelms me, remind me that I am not alone. When I fail, lead me back to his mercy. Pray for families under strain, those who are sick and those who have lost hope. Teach me to offer practical help to others as you guide us toward your Son. May I follow Jesus faithfully today and always. Amen.
