Heavenly Father, bless fathers with wisdom, affection and a steady presence in the lives of their children. Help them listen patiently, show love openly and correct with gentleness. Strengthen fathers separated from family by work, conflict or illness, and guide them toward meaningful connection. Comfort those who grieve a child or struggle with regret. Bless adoptive fathers, foster fathers and mentors, and teach us to value faithful care more than outward success. Grant what is truly good, and help me cooperate with your grace through wise and loving action. Keep me close to Jesus in hope and patience. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
