Texto de la oración

Todos

Holy Spirit, Lord and giver of life, I offer myself to your guidance. Take my mind, that I may seek truth; my heart, that I may love generously; my will, that I may choose what pleases God. Renew the grace of my baptism and confirmation. Give me wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety and fear of the Lord. Form in me the likeness of Jesus. Keep me faithful in prayer, humble in service and steadfast in love, for the glory of the Father. Amen.

Todos

Merciful Father, receive our prayer through Jesus Christ. Where we can offer help, make us willing; where we must wait, give us patience. Keep us attentive to one another beyond this gathering. May the grace of this prayer take root in our homes, our work, and our choices, so that your love becomes visible through our lives. Amen.
