Salve Regina is a traditional Marian antiphon addressed to Mary as Queen and Mother of mercy. It is prayed or sung in Catholic devotion and after Night Prayer. This page contains the Latin text; Hail, Holy Queen remains a separate English prayer in the library. For community prayer, everyone recites the antiphon together, then follows the prayer leader and response cues.
