Father of all peoples, bless missionaries and everyone who shares the Gospel in unfamiliar places. Give them humility to learn the language and wisdom of the people they serve, respect for human dignity, and courage to act with integrity. Protect them in danger and sustain them in loneliness. May their witness unite truthful words with practical charity. Bless local communities and leaders, and help the Church recognize the gifts already present wherever your Spirit is at work. Grant what is truly good, and help me cooperate with your grace through wise and loving action. Keep me close to Jesus in hope and patience. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
