Lord Jesus, thank you for the signs that help us remember your presence and the communion of your saints. As we use this cross, rosary, medal, image or other devotional object, turn our hearts toward you. Keep us from treating it as a charm or trusting in it apart from faith and love. May it remind us to pray, act with compassion and remain faithful to the Gospel. Help us care for sacred things respectfully and share their meaning with gentleness. Bless the person who will use this object with hope and a generous heart. Amen.
