Texto de la oración
Generous God, we praise you for the gifts that sustain our lives. Look kindly upon the people, work and needs we bring before you today. Guide our thoughts toward what is true, our words toward what is kind, and our actions toward what is just. Protect us from selfishness and help us use your gifts responsibly. May those who enter our lives find respect, welcome and practical care. In success keep us grateful; in difficulty keep us faithful. Let your blessing bear fruit in the good we do for others. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Community intentions
For the people, work, and responsibilities we place before you, guide their use toward what is good and life-giving.
Lord, hear our prayer, and help us become instruments of your mercy.
For blessings received without gratitude, forgive our forgetfulness and teach us to share your gifts with those in need.
Lord, hear our prayer, and help us become instruments of your mercy.
Pause for silent prayer. Intentions may be offered aloud freely; no one is required to share.
For the intentions spoken and those held quietly in our hearts, let us pray to the Lord.
Lord, receive our prayer and sustain us in your love.
Let us entrust ourselves and those for whom we have prayed to the Father.
Merciful Father, receive our prayer through Jesus Christ. Where we can offer help, make us willing; where we must wait, give us patience. Keep us attentive to one another beyond this gathering. May the grace of this prayer take root in our homes, our work, and our choices, so that your love becomes visible through our lives. Amen.
